::Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was really nervous to get my 4 wisdom teeth extracted as an older adult. They were so kind and they were removed in the blink of an eye. No chipmunk cheeks for me. They made this such a painless experience on my mouth and wallet. Would absolutely recommend.

::Dr. Wright is a stellar human being and oral surgeon. Four years ago, he saved my smile and my life. A week ago, I needed another tooth extracted, minimal swelling and pain. While I will drive anywhere to be seen by Dr. Wright, and only him, thankfully he has multiple offices in Colorado Springs and Castle Rock! All the staff is courteous, kind, and make such an unpleasant process not so bad.

::The visit with the doctor went smoothly however I was billed $150 for a scan that no insurance covers apparently. I feel like they should inform their patients of this prior to the appointment. Made my experience tainted by doing this

::Went to have surgery, Doc said since the wound was healing I didn't need it after all. Had already paid upfront so since surgery didn't happen I needed a refund. Can't remember the lady's name in billing, but she said she would send the request for a refund to her direct billing department. Asked how long that would take and they said a few weeks. Last week was week two and called 10 business days after and had to leave a VM with a callback number. No call back to me nor refund yet. Today 08/23 I call them and the same scenario where I need to leave a VM and an callback number. I'm leaving this review here at 1 star until I get my money back. They were pleasant people, but at the end of the day you are holding my money hostage and not responding back. 08/23: not long after posting this I finally got a call back and a VM was left saying that the refund processed on Monday 08/22 and a check will be sent out to me in 1-2 weeks. With technology these days you would figure they can accept your funds immediately through card yet they can't refund back to the card. Funny, this all finally started getting resolved when I called and told them I left a review and until things got fixed I would update this review. This went from 1 star to 2 stars. That's my experience so hope no one else goes through this.

::Dr. Frank and Suzie we the most incredible team. I had two teeth extracted and was nervous going in. I was so well cared for and never felt like I was just another patient. They we very patient with me and took the time I needed to be okay. Highly recommend for any dental care needed. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! OUTSTANDING CARE AND SERVICE!
