  We recently moved into the AMLI Design District and absolutely love it! The entire staff is amazing and they have all been extremely helpful and patient with us during our move. Khandice, Cara, Stephanie, and Garrett in the leasing office are first class and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and completely satisfied, Lupe and his maintenance staff are awesome, and Lorenzo, Aisha, Tara, & Shawn with the concierge team are so welcoming and always make us smile & feel at home. I know I’ve missed some names but still learning and meeting everyone, but every single person we’ve worked with here has been wonderful. The building is very well kept, the units have some of the best views in Dallas, and the facilities are in great condition. The pool is one of the best in Dallas as well and we can’t wait to try it out this summer. We haven’t had any problems with the elevators, electricity, heat/air (you may use both in the same day in Dallas!). It’s very quiet as well, with great quality walls and windows. Our unit is right next to the freight elevator and trash chute, and we never hear either one unless we’re way back in the master closet (but don’t hear it at all from the master bath or bedroom). Favorites: the large patios & windows, pool, gym, modern look & feel of the entire building, feels safe, views of downtown, and most of all the customer service and staff!! We definitely give AMLI Design District a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, nice, safe high rise in central Dallas!

  I want to express my appreciation for the Amli Design District Team. I love All the new upgrades and Landscape; it makes the views that much more breath taking. Whenever I go by the office everyone is always so cheerful and helpful. Garrett assisted me with my unit today and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end result!!   We have lived here going on 4 years now in March and I have to say that we love this place! We have seen this place undergo new management three times now, and we have LOVED the last two! The new team of Garrett and Stephanie are an amazing combo! They have been great to deal with and it seems as if they constantly want to spruce things up around the building to keep the residents happy. Big kudos to Lorenzo, Aisha, Tara, Shawn, and the rest of our concierge team, you guys are great! Keeping a building as big as ours happy is an impossible task, but you guys are killing it so far!

  I've been searching for an apartment somewhere the Design District for about 2 months or so and Amili by far has been the most accommodating when it comes to helping me find the apartment right for me. Garrett Rose in the leasing office went above and beyond just showing me different floor plans and options. Have to say I'm pretty impressed with the staff there.

  We just recently renewed for another year here. We love our apartment and all of the amenities. Our view is amazing. It's a beautiful building. We recently had our engagement party in the Sky Lounge and all of our guests commented all night about the property. Whenever we have an issue with something in the apartment, maintenance has always promptly responded and been friendly. The concierge staff are WONDERFUL. I cant stress this enough. There have been some recent changes with the AMLI office staff. Garrett is great! Very friendly, helpful and responsive to concerns. My husband and I are happy to be here for another year.
