  I work for a remodeling company in Denver and I just called and spoke with Reed to see if he could help me find a fireplace that would fit within some special limitations of my customer's home. He was rude to the point that I couldn't even work through the details of my project. We don't buy fireplaces often but we have been purchasing from AMI for over ten years. I had a similar experience last time I called and I will not be calling them again.

  Just spoke with Reed. Trying to establish a contact to purchase fireplaces. His attitude was condescending to the point I didn't continue conversation. Had previously worked with AMI and had no problems.
