  I had an outstanding experience at AMG Tile, which carries a large and varied inventory. Rod was knowledgeable, patient and truly helpful. I was doing a bathroom renovation that was a rush job since it needed to be completed in a three week timeframe. Rod was able to help guide my selections with both my schedule and the unique demands of the renovation in mind. I visited the store late on a Friday afternoon, Rod spoke with my contractor in order to insure that the correct amounts of three different tiles were ordered, and the tile was delivered to my home the following Tuesday. Truly excellent customer service that went above and beyond what one ordinarily encounters!

  Very satisfied with AMG Tile. Rod was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and helped us through all of our decisions. He went out of his way to accommodate us, including free delivery to our home 65 miles away!! Thanks Rod

  We found Rod to be exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he walked us through the many choices and options available. The customer service we received was exceptional and the tile selections were excellent. He was able to explain options and materials and always went the extra mile.

  Last week, I mentioned to a friend I was looking for floor tile for my rental unit. He knew someone who had just completed a construction project and had a great experience sourcing flooring for it from AMG Home Products. I asked to pass my name along and promptly received a call from Rodrigo (Rod). Rod sounded very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After hearing about my project, he brought to my attention something I never knew about or considered - the crack prevention and waterproofing membrane. This product is a must for an old house like mine, sitting on a busy street in DC, exposed to frequent vibration from passing truck and bus traffic. Rod sent me several options in my price range, and I ended up placing my order that same day. Rod/AMG got me porcelain tile that was much better than anything I saw at Home Deport and Lowe's at a price that made me question why I even bothered with those big home improvement stores. They exceeded my expectations (just like my friend told me they would). I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tile at a great price.

  We went to AMG Home Products looking for tiles for our kitchen and had an excellent experience working with them. They have a great selection of tiles and we found a beautiful tile that worked wonderfully with our kitchen. Rod was extremely helpful and nice, and we enjoyed working with him throughout the process - he listened carefully to what we were looking for, made some very helpful suggestions, and helped us move our project forward quickly and efficiently by lending us samples, facilitating rapid tile delivery, and provide helpful advice. We would highly recommend AMG Home Products and working with Rod!
