  Good value for money. Clean room. Nice simple breakfast. Only drawback is that walls and Windows are thin. You may hear your neighbors or noisy people outside.

  First room smelled like the person before me smoked there. Second room had a nice view (see photo) but the towels are so old they scratch the skin and bedsheets & furniture is tarnished. Overall i did not get a sense of cleanliness in this hotel.

  Nice staff but the hotel overall wasn't the cleanest. No screens in the windows either. The elevator was a little rickety and didn't smell very pleasant so we used the stairs a lot. I wouldn't recommend a long stay there like we did, maybe one night.

  Great central location in Soma, fairly quiet & clean. Only complaint was no Wi-Fi as promised.

  Ok so we thought it was going to be a nice stay but ended up in a room on the 3rd floor with a shower nearly pushing out water out the shower head it was so hot even opening the window didn't help. But what really set us off was seeing a god damn mouse in the room. I called and told them what I saw. Someone came up and only offered to change us rooms. With it being late and my 2 yes old sleeping we took the room changed. We moved to the 2nd floor where it was so much nicer shower worked and it wasn't hot at all. Well I told them I wanted to talk to the manger in the morning before I checked out. Well guess what that ass hole wasn't even there and after expressing my issue's with the front desk she said she would call me once she talked to the manger we'll guess what it never happened. Said he wasn't there but he lives there. It's sad no one cares. So I will be calling corporate for sure in the morning.
