  Sick and tired of people advertising breakfast and then it has nothing or something "isn't working" inexcusable. breakfast is not a Danish and no coffee. Rooms were nice but still leaky sink and coffee maker spraying out hot water. This stuff shouldn't happen. Staff was nice at least but expect more in an age where People can easily turn elsewhere for accomodations. Hope they value each customer in the future- it has potential but you don't wanna feel cheated when you lose out in these basic necessities. Spend the extra dollar and have someone who is a repeat customer vs. someone who books once and never comes back. Hope this helps.

  I have been coming here for 3 years for about 3 times a year. I have never had a bad experience until this last weekend. For the price and amnenties they offer it was a decent hotel, but this year I noticed it was a bit more run down. My top safety lock was broken, but didn't sweat it. Room was smelly and stains everywhere. I turned on lights and only the desk light and bathroom worked. The ice maker was broken. Woke up in morning and turned on shower and there was a roach in tub. I went to front desk and finally provided all the complaints and let me remind you this is a family ran hotel. The front desk said there was nothing he could do because the manager wasn't there that day. I wanted some acknowledgement and maybe a discount, but received nothing. My Last time I will stay here and they lost a great customer.

  Im staying here for 2 days and its really good. Took 5 mins to get rooms when we got into our rooms it was clear and tidy. We left for breakfast and came back to new towels. Overall nice people great service.

  Nice and secure hotel with safe layout. I went and got some ice by the pool and came across a very nice seating area with a gentleman surfing the net. It looked very welcoming. The room has small beds and a funky colored wall. The shower had a low powered flow and the drain backed up. When checking in the gentleman I dealt with was very short and rude. I felt as if I was bothering him. I'm here blocks away from where my mother is hospitalized and she is dying. A little hospitality goes a long way, would you say? Another gentleman came in to the picture and was a complete opposite and made up for the initial bad service. All in all I give this hotel a strong three stars. I am satisfied overall.
