  Went during a week day to avoid a crowd. Got assistance from a sales person finding a good fitting set of frames. I probably would have chosen frames too big otherwise. Picked the glasses up slightly over a week later, and fitted my glasses with a minimal wait. Friendly hard working staff.

  I must say, all of the employees I dealt with for my appointment were very friendly and resourceful EXCEPT their front desk gal, Chantel. I work for a medical office so I know from experience that the front desk is the first impression someone has on the company and they deal with all of the frustration from patients. When I checked in, she did not greet me, she just continued to do whatever she was doing, so I went and sat down. When she was ready for me, she just annoying waved me to come back up, like I was a burden to her day. Her physical appearance was far from sanitary, she never made eye contact with me one time, and was obviously not prepared. I’m an existing patient so all of my information, my mothers information (I have insurance through her), and all of our insurance information. She hadn’t even pulled my chart for my appointment and claimed that we did not have vision insurance. She did a horrible job of explaining what my benefits covered. I’m sure they though I was a psycho but when I’m paying for a service, I expect the staff to be prepared, knowledgeable, and respectful; just as my patients expect of me.

  This place doesn’t have any customer service. I had an appointment and I was standing at the front desk for 5mins till someone decided to help me. The price on lenses are so expensive it’s ridiculous. I left and paid for the exam (45$) now I got my glasses from Walmart and my prescription are blurry. I knew something was wrong when the associate was telling me I have two different eyes. Which is the first I ever heard. The doctor didn’t take his time to really figure out my prescription for my eyes. I felt like I was getting rushed. Now I have to pay for different exam, order new glasses and wait for a week till I can see better.

  I highly recommend them as i have been coming for 3 years and i have not had one bad experience

  I would honestly recommend this place. Everybody was so kind and my appointment went really quick. I am now waiting on my glasses which will take 2 weeks, I cannot wait to try them on :).
