  This is by far the WORST eye place I have ever been to. They are disorganized, dismissive, and SLOW. So far, this has been my experience with this place: 1. First visit - I was in the store for almost 3 hours. There were maybe 2 other customers during that time. The actual total time I was being attended to was about 30 minutes. They didn't have my prescription in stock for a trial pair, and had to order one. 2. About a week went by, and my glasses and contact trials came in. More sitting around waiting just to pick something up. It takes 2 seconds. 3. I came back in for a follow-up, and again - sitting and waiting. There were only 2 people ahead of me, and I was sitting for about 40 minutes waiting to get my eyes checked. I told them I was in a hurry. Actually getting my eyes checked took about 2 minutes. 4. They had to tweak the prescription on my right eye, and completely remeasure my astigmatisms. They said they would order me another sample set and let me know when they came in. 5. About 3 weeks went by, and I called to see if my trial pair came in. They had me on hold for probably 20 minutes while they searched for it. They said it never got ordered. 6. About a week after that, I went in to get my second trial set. The guy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to find them. 15 minutes later, he finally found them. 7. I called today to order my contacts because the 2nd pair works. They told me it was illegal to order them without another follow-up. 8. My right contact of my trial pair is ripping, so now I have to leave work tomorrow to sit around for another hour or so, wait for my contacts, call in another 2 weeks and find out that they were never ordered. Can't wait! (sarcasm).

  The eye doctor Jennifer was so incredible. She was super kind, funny and made the whole experience feel like I was a valued long time patient even though it was my first visit. The staff was patient and well informed. Definitely recommend this location.

  The doctor has personality and knows how to talk to people. Super friendly and caring, the staff was VERY nice to speak with as well. They all made me feel welcome and I will definitely make this my ONE and ONLY eye doctor ;) Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience and I look forward to the next time we meet!

  Great prices GREAT doctors. I believe her name is Jennifer...I hope I got it right because she is the best eye doctor I've ever went to and I've been going to eye doctors practically my whole life! She is the sweetest most calming person ever. I wanted to just sit and listen to her talk she was so relaxing sounding. I also appreciated that the told me about eye health and how my eyes should look and how they look very healthy. Most eye doctors don't open up about what they see with me and just tell me they are done. I really appreciate this doctor and will continue to go here because of her. Giving 4 stars only because they are super understaffed the day I went. There were only like 3 (maybe) staff outside of the doctor and there were about 5 parties waiting to bee seen. This was a weekday too. They need to have more staff working so people aren't waiting so long.

  I have called probably 4 times in the last month to ask about ordering contacts or scheduling an appt. Every time I'm placed on hold for long periods of time to the point I'm not to wait any longer. The front desk girl with long brown hair and glasses is short, rude, extremely slow at getting things done and impersonal. Today I finally walked in to order contacts and was told my subscription expired on the 21st... so a week ago. After I had called 4 times last month. She then told me there were not doctors in on Thursdays when I doctor from the back said "there will be this week" so I got scheduled. I then asked if I could get a trial pair to tide me over and she told me they don't carry my brand and excused herself from further conversation. It is the same person every time and I only come back because I like the doctors and prices. I'm on the 3 year plan and am very frustrated with the lack of ability for the customer service person to do her job.
