::Big dislike! I got my glasses with anti glare. They were horrible. The glare was worse. Took them back and they wouldn't fix them. The manager said the anti glare only means the glare won't get worse and there's still glare!!! My sales lady said the anti glare will change my life! WHAT??? Makes no sense. I emailed corporate with no response. No help at all!

::Dr. Randolph is the best. I've been seeing him for years. He is courteous, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I have had to bring my kids in with me a time or two and he has been so nice about it, not inconvenienced in the slightest. When my husband and I got together 5 years ago, he started seeing him as well. We absolutely cannot say enough great things about him. The office staff has changed throughout the years. Not always for the best, but I've never had a terrible experience here.

::It's so fast and easy to book your appointment online; four of us got in the very next day. My family and I have been going here for years and always have a great experience. The front desk ladies check you in quickly. I try to come when Fatima is working, because she's such a sweet lady that's always doing above and beyond to make the visit positive! We all got through the examinations and glasses in about an hour and a half. Dr. Antwan Randolph is a fantastic and super easy-going optometrist who really takes his time to get you the right prescription. Had no issues with them ordering contacts/eyeglasses for us so far, but it can get very costly!
