  Ive had storage here for 10 years. They have started a policy of harassing calls even though they charge a late fee and can lock your unit. I have had numerous items delivered here and all of a sudden they decided not to accept a delivery costing me $100 to redeliver. They claim I dont have some release form that I probably signed like 10 years ago. It seems like they could figure out a different way to do things then messing up my business like this. This place sucks now. There are many other options. This place is dirty, and has poor lighting. Get insurance for your stuff because the roof will leak all over it.

  I been using this storage company for 5 years and have not been disappointed yet. The late fee of $25 is reasonable and o love how you can be 1 month behind but must always pay the next month bill. My unit hasn't had any insect problems or rodent. The warehouse is always clean and the staff are great . Very helpful and have always spoken in a polite manner. I would recommend using this storage company.

  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This is an awful facility with a rude staff who could care less about their customers. Their communication is slow and inadequate. I made the mistake of going back on my initial impression of them simply because I ran a business in a loft building next door. When I went there the first day, the woman in the front was so shockingly rude that I walked out. She is also rude over the phone. After making the mistake of doing business with them, I experienced the following: - Difficulty in getting accurate and consistent information from their staff. I had serious concerns that were not handled in a timely manner that resulted in fees. Whether I attempted to call or email, it was almost impossible to get in contact with the right people. For some reason, they think that they can be in the service industry yet demand that people work around the times when they feel like being service providers. I think that this is done on purpose. -The building is filthy and not laid out in a way that makes accessing all units sensible. -The three times that I went in to speak with the staff, I had to stand behind screaming angry customers who had items destroyed in the building (I see where one documented their saga below), another who lost items due to a lack of proper climate control and another who was being double billed via their auto-pay system. They were extremely aggressive and rude with those customers. It was a big red flag that I needed to get my stuff out. There are one too many storage facilities in the area to use such a place. It seems that the absentee owners have proxy managers who could care less about how their business is being run. Terrible!
