  This is the worst insurance to have. Claims do not get paid and they do not answer questions. They keep you on line for hours and then hang up on you!!!!! They do everything in there power to decline your claim/s. Its like dealing with a scam artist. If you have this insurance company I feel sorry for you. I hope you do not have any medical claims..
