  We scheduled for our pool to be drained and cleaned over a month ago. We were told it may be towards the end of May to early June before they would do the work. I Called today to see how long it might be and we were told they probably won’t be able to do the job anymore.

  DE filter was not back flushed for months. High filter pressure led to pool pump failure and need to replace. Service man was polite and pool water kept clean. He just was not well-trained. Had to cancel service.

  Great service - we have had Ampac provide weekly service for our pool for almost a year now and they have always done a great job. They let us know of issues that might come up and the pool is always crystal clear and ready to swim in during the season. Highly recommend them.

  As someone else said. I'm here because I have dealt with the rudeness of drivers. It's not smart to drive bad when the company name is all over the truck. I got cut off in the rain a coupe of months ago and today tryed to pass a AMERICAN PACIFIC truck driving slow in the left lane and he speed up to match my speed when I attempted a pass. Really? I do my own pool maintenance and if I ever need someone else to do it for me it sure won't be this company.

  Absolutely the worst pool service I've ever used and they were the most expensive. Their customer service representative Judy has no concept of what customer service is. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. If you want poor results and bad service while paying more, this is a good selection.
