  I was parked in the back of their empty parking lot for 10 minutes, and they came out and told me to park somewhere else. Trashy people. Stay away from this bank.

  Truly the most inconvenient bank. They offer next to NO customer service outside of business hours. I had an emergency while on vacation and it was absolutely useless trying to find a solution online. The app is basic and the main website offer no solutions on the customer service front.

  I have spoken to Jenny at the Bellevue branch several times and she has been BEYOND helpful! I called with little to no information, no idea what I needed, and she was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all condescending as has been my experience with other banks. She even called me and left a voicemail when she thought of something else that could do to help me. She is a credit to ANB and they are truly lucky to have her. I’ve never done business with ANB but I will now because of my incredibly wonderful experience working with Jenny!!

  Terrible bank. They still must think it's 1985. I have an auto loan through them but don't use them as my personal bank. I have to mail them a check, or have my bank pay them, which is what I normally do. This payment period they returned the check to my bank for no apparent reason, more than enough money was in the account by a lot with no pending deductions. I'm going to refinance with another bank to get out from under this out dates garbage of a bank

  Great bank Always helped me with any problems And the interest rates on car loans has every single bank in Bellevue beat. Hands down best interest ever. 5.6%
