  Staff is completely rude. The night time guy is really ignorant. Hotel had no hot water for my first two days. Roaches are everywhere. Hotel stinks. I had 3 people and paid $84 each night. If the place was better I would say it's worth it. I wish I could give the service negative stars it was that bad. Avoid this place like COVID-19 ground zero if at all possible. Do not give these rude people your money.

  First call to reserve a room. We spoke to an amazing young lady who was very helpful (unfortunately I didn't get her name). She told me to call back if we were going to be running late. 2nd call after flight was delayed and I got the rudest guy telling me "we don't hold reservations after midnight" something that was out of my control, so we took our money elsewhere. Would not recommend this place if that's the way they treat their customers.

  This place is out-dated, smells like cigarettes, and is dirty! We checked into a room and went upstairs to find dirty sheets with makeup/hair/other unknown stuff. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Bathrooms were 🤮. I didn't want to touch anything. Went back down and requested that the room be recleaned. They did oblige but not quickly. We went and ate dinner and they still weren't finished cleaning. Homeless people everywhere in the parking lot. My fiance and I didn't think it would be this bad for a one night stop but it was a total nightmare.

  Trash under the bed. Not vacuumed . not sanitized. There was scum on the bath tub and sinks. Hair in the bathtub. Toilet was dirty from top to bottom. The room smelled like cigars. I could not get the smell out. The balcony had trash ,blunt roaches and a towel waded up . the room was gross. Lady was nice at front desk. Room 227

  Place smelled like smoke. Room was dirty. Balcony was dirty. We had 2 queen beds and 2 towels in the room. We had 5 people and had to go to Target and get Lysol in order to tolerate the room. After we left I was charged another $70 and I called while it was still pending and left a message for the manager to call me. I left another a couple days later, then a few days later I called when she was supposed to be there and they wouldn't let me wait on hold. Two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything.
