  We recently found out my daughter (three) was allergic to penicillin and of course were concerned. American Medical ID was a great solution and the customer service was beyond outstanding. We chose such a cute bracelet for her and it was shipped the same day. Can’t wait for it to get here and cannot say enough great things about the options for our daughter and the wonderful and personal customer service we received. Thank you!

  Purchased a sterling silver medical ID. Within a few months it scratched so badly you could barely read it..the company since I had the warranty said they would replace it...I asked that the important information be placed on the inside rather that the out ..just I case the new one scratched... That apparently was impossible..... They did sent me another bracelet with larger letters but.... It was spelled wrong...... Again they apologized and agreed to replace it since it was their mistake. Needless I am still waiting....... In the mean time one of their sales reps suggested a stainless bracelet as it would. Not scratch as badly which I agreed to purchase.... And again I also purchased a warranty ...all well and good... Except..the bracelet turned colors (black) on my wrist and my wrist also turned black this was within a few days....apparently I have a stainless allergy, which I did not know...the company did accept a return since I had the warranty. But,,,,,,, I did NOT Get full refund!!!!!,

  I have bought several bracelets and a necklace from these guys and have always been treated superbly. One bracelet I ordered was too small (I have large wrists) and after I called to see what my options were, they sent me a more expensive bracelet that would fit at no added charge to me! In a world where customer service is dying, American Medical ID still shows appreciation for their customers. I recommend them every chance I get and will continue to do business with them for all my medical ID needs. Thank you Am Med!

  My bracelet is fine but the engraving is poor...very poor! It was not made deep enough into the metal and is almost gone...when I called Customer Service, they told me it was "my fault" for allowing the bracelet to rub the engraving off...DUH!! The engraving on the back side is fine; but anyone who finds me will need to know what is on the front side.

  The first I.D. bracelet I bought is all metal. It is attractive, but the latch is very difficult to latch and unlatch. The second bracelet I bought has a leather band. It is stylish, and I receive many compliments. However, the slide closure leaves two strings hanging awkwardly. I have been tying the two strings into a bow so that they don't dangle awkwardly. Now, one of the strings has frayed and broken. I will have it replaced at a local shoe repair shop using a leather string. Hopefully, this will be a significant improvement to the original design.
