  Only 1 star because you ca n't give a ZERO. Twice they sent the wrong mask and twice I jad to return the old a reorder the correct one -- even tjough their records showed the correct mask was listed on file. During my last order requested a replacement of the water chamber, clerk said it was due and would ship, she didn't. Called back and reordered, been over 10 days and still not received. Had my annual sleep study follow-up with mr Dr. today and told him about it. He explained that their are only 5 different providers that can be used by Medicare and AHP was the worst. Going to give them one more chance to start getting it right or change providers. Further, even though they itemize what they send, they NEVER State how much they bill Medicare. Sounds like this billing system is ripe for exploitation. Who knows how much they are ripping Medicare off for this type of practice, we never see the bill from either.

  This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not even submit my order to insurance and demanded that I pay for my supplies even though I had been ordering through them for about 5 years. I have spent the last week trying to work with them and keep getting hung up on any time I bring up that I was upset with being over charged $345. Also the equipment is by far worse than any other company's. The last 2 hoses I have ordered have had holes in them.

  this is the worst company to deal with medical equipment needs. i've had nothing but problems with them. my dr. sent them rx for cpap and it took them a week to verify my ins. and then they wanted me to wait another week to bring it out. now the cpap isn't working and they won't fix it. they tell me to use the cpap at least 4 hrs every night but then turn around and tell me that if it doesn't work tonight to call them back tomorrow. they really could care less if u live or die. i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to them.

  This company does not seem to want my business. I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine for 3?momths. When I first started using them I felt like I was begging them to buy supplies. Then they got stuff straightened out and it was ok for awhile. Once you order then you het supplies mailed from Tennessee. CS in TN is horrible. I was trying to get an insurance issue straighten out where they did not bill them for an item. It took ten phone calls and threatening the Billing dept to get an insurance person. Then we started communicating via Text. When I pointed out the error she told me she couldn't help me to call my insurance company. Of course they can't help if there is no claim. I e-mailed her and she told me to never e-mail her again and would not respond to my e-mails. While all this was going on I tried to get a CPAP machine and still don't have it. So I am sure you have guessed I am going with another company.
