  Richard Ahrenkiel is such a wonderful agent! He saved my husband and I a TON of money when we bundled our home insurance and car insurance. He has been nothing but fair and kind. I highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for insurance. He will take great care of you!

  I have to admit I don't usually write reviews but after a recent phone call to Rich Ahrenkiel, I felt compelled. My husband and I have been customers of Rich Ahrenkiel's Amfam agency for approximately 20 years. I can't tell you how many times he has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us! He is very accessible for questions big or small, whether it's a question about a bill or a recent claim we made following some hail damage. He helped us through the claim process and even referred us to some excellent contractors. It's just so rare to meet someone as personable and professional as Rich! He provides one-of-a kind customer service. Thanks Rich!

  It has been a great experience having Mr. Ahrenkiel as my agent. He has not only saved me a considerable amount of money , his customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Mr. Ahrenkiel if your looking for an agency with integrity and who has the customers best interest in mind!

  Horrible customer service. He is Very rude. I cancelled my policy with a written notice and he still charged me for the year. DO NOT GO HERE

  Great quick and friendly service. Great prices and when needed to file a claim for my house service was courteous, fair, and quick!!!!! Would recommend!!!!
