::The people at this store are rude, not willing to help, incompetent, and have ZERO personality. Its not just one or two employees that I have encountered these problems with, it is many of them, managers included. When they make a mistake, instead of apologizing and trying to quickly correct it they looked at me like I was the one who made a mistake, and never even thought about saying sorry. Basically this is the worst American Eagle I have ever been in (and I have been in many and am a very frequent shopper of AE) and you should not even waste your time at this one and just go on over to the one in Hamburg.
