  Easily one of the the best combinations of excellent and interesting menu choices available in the area. The comfortable setting and the staff who treat you like family has less of a feeling of going out to an eatery than a feeling of visiting your cool cousin’s house who just happens to be a gourmet chef who wants you to check out their most recent creations…oh and also has an awesome selection of cheese wine and craft beer.

  Very welcoming space and laid back vibe, even accommodating our large group and children. The cheeses are so delicious, and the special potato leek soup was delicious, as were the warm marinated olives! The roasted pepper panini that had fig balsamic spread and was perfect pairing to add a lil sweetness to pepper flavor.

  Tremendous food and excellent service. Everything is prepared fresh and thoughtfully. The cheese and charcuterie selection is second to none. You're doing it wrong if your not visiting American cheese for all your cheesy needs.

  Very nice place with a cool, easy going vibe. Good food, Live music (check the schedule) and a small beer and wine bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, oh yeah, a lot of types of cheese... ;)

  I've been to American Cheese now several times and I cant believe I haven't written a positive review about them yet. Every single time I've been there the food, service and environment have been outstanding. Both Kim and Lauren are phenomenal and so personable and fun that it just makes the experience even better. As a cheese and wine lover, I strongly recommend this restaurant. But don't be fooled by the name, their entire menu and dinner courses are excellent as well. How do I give them more than 5 stars?!?!
