DO NOT CHOOSE AAA!!! I have a membership with them (not for much longer) so when I had locked my keys in the car Feb16 they sent a contracted company out to open my car door. After I had left I noticed I could hear the wind. Found out the day after when it had poured and poured that my door was bent and my whole driver side of my car was soaked so I had phoned them and reported it. They said they should get back to my that Tuesday. Its been 16 Days since this issue and NO ONE from AAA has called me back, the electronics in my door are not working properly and my car is still soaked and starting to smell like musk. Extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE because they do not take care of their customers.

Representative of AAA Insurance are the worst people of the industry. They lie and demand people, who were in the accident caused by their clients, to accept lowest possible settlements. Few days before Christmas of 2016, drunk driver almost killed me and my son. Surviving the crash I was contacted by Anne Bozarth, a total loss representative. After evaluating my car, she contacted me again and promised to promptly resolve my claim if I would release the vehicle to AAA. Today is April 14, 2017 and they hold hostage me and my family. AAA Insurance took away our vehicle and refuse to return it. They are not settling the claim and force me to rent a car so I can continue my therapy and go to work. Anne Bozarth, after lying to me and avoiding my attempts to resolve the claim, left me no options but to deal with her manager, Elizabeth Phillips. Ms. Philips continue to ignore my attempts to settle the claim and in a phone conversation was yelling at me "If you want your car then go and get it, you have the address (of storage)." Do not use AAA. If you suffer from a collision where other driver is insured, or whatever they call it, by AAA - DO NOT TALK TO THEM. Talk to your insurance agent and then hire an attorney to deal with AAA Insurance. After doing some home work, I discovered a resume posted by Anne Bozarth where she described herself as "possessing ... aggressiveness in investigating, managing, and disposing of claims." If you want to be aggressively disposed, AAA is the place for this.
