  If you work hard for your money, don't waste it at this place. My car was running just fine but I brought it here just because it didn't pass emissions. Bad idea. I paid them to jack up my car instead of fixing it.

  Don't trust these guys with your vehicle. The manager is careless he just wants your money. I took my car so it could pass emissions it was one thing after another ended up paying them $400 my car was working just fine before I took it here the levels were just high on the test they ended up messing with my AC system my window was off the rack and my hoses were not even hooked back up properly. Even after paying them $400 for repairs my car still didn't pass emissions worst experience ever.

  We called this location and asked their professional opinion on mufflers for 2014 Camero. we were recommended flowmaster...bad idea. working on their professional advise we went ahead and got it installed. This crap sounded like old lawn mower, the only time it sounded somewhat close to being what we intended is when the car is revved! paid $280 for this crap even when we were quoted $240 over the phone. we had to drive 3 hours to this location as we live in the Grand Canyon. they had the nerve to say $240 was for the "knock off flow master, when I only asked them for the best sounding muffler-why the hell would we want a "knock off! called to see if we could switch it out for a magnaflow and pay the difference, the gentleman on the phone rudely said no because the flowmaster was installed at our request. I guess consumers need to beware of receiving professional advice from these people who only want to make a profit. Wish I took heed to the other negative reviews. BEWARE of this autoshop!!! Their other name was Carlos Express Mufflers. Not a happy customer!! This was a gift from me to my husband and they just ruined it!!!!

  I called their other location (on 7th st) and they said come on in we will service your truck today. I live 40 minutes away and they said no problem. When I arrived at the shop they said they had no space for me, I told them I called and they said it didnt matter I had to wait an hour. So I drove to the nearest muffler shop to that one which was this location, and there was nobody there. I should have taken the hint. They got the truck on the lift, diagnosed it as a clogged catalytic converter. They even let me under to verify myself the exhaust was escaping from there. Great, I thought - they got a new cat installed in about 30 minutes for $150. Not a bad price, and pretty speedy. However on the way home the exhaust started to leak again, I called them and they said come on in we will fix it no problem. Went back the next day, they fixed it again. Drove home, no problems for about 20 miles then the leak came back AGAIN. Called them the next time I was available (this happened just prior to memorial day weekend) and they said sure come by we will take a look and fix it for you. Went to the shop that day, got the truck on the lift, they said exhaust manifold gasket was bad. They want another $100 to fix it. I will be buying the manifold gasket and having it installed at a different muffler shop. I have learned my lesson with these guys and dont really trust them to be playing with studs in my engine block. I would have rather paid $200-$250 from somewhere else and had it fixed right the FIRST time. I live pretty far from the shop and with the exhaust leak get really bad mpg, so the money I "saved" I probably ended up spending on gas. I would go back to these guys for stuff like O2 sensors or plug and play installations. Their welds were of poor quality, the catalytic converter they installed was not even the same diameter as the one they took off the car - I think thats why the weld blew out, they used welds to try to fill the gap between a 2" exhaust and 2.5" entrance for the catalytic. Proper procedure would use a tapered pipe. I guess cheap price means cheap work after all! There ARE quality places in phoenix to get CHEAP and QUALITY work (if you can get past the language barrier) Cheap, Quality, or English speaking - pick 2!!!
