  Theater I go to most. They take good care of the place and when something goes wrong they make it right. Customer always right attitude. Update: dropped a star. Too convenient to not keep going but it's been very understaffed lately and it shows.

  The theater the movie was in is good but they have no one selling tickets. They have kiosk but I do not know where they redirected the manpower. There is only the most three employees selling food at peak times with a really long line that is not moving. They are taking the Express line only and taking 15 minutes with each person that is before they even check if the person is on the right line.

  Great spot for a movie no rowdy crowds some talking but with the seats so far it wont matter you'll know they're talking but it wont bother u. Clean and friendly staff. I plan on going again.

  We got here a half hour before our movie started to find signs that the concession stand was closed but you could bring in outside food because of this. That is real helpful to know after you’ve already bought your tickets and aren’t near any “outside food” providers. But the kicker is they are making popcorn and stocking the shelves instead of opening concession stand to help guests. Then after 15 min of waiting because a staff member finally said they would open in a “few minutes” while proceeding to look busy. You could’ve expedited things by working and opening early. After this painful wait the popcorn is cold and there are no popcorn toppings as butter machines (plural) are empty! Not to mention the stained seats in the theater. Get your act together. I’m going back to Showcase Cinemas.
