  The food and drinks were pretty good. Nothing too exceptional but comparable to the cost. The service was a little slow but they seemed a little understaffed.

  I've stayed in better 3 star hotels. I had the best room in the joint, presidential suite. The vents were dusty, as well as the corners. That left me dubious that the floors and jacuzzi were clean. I wore socks most of the time. I had called the week prior to cancel a dozen roses I ordered for the room. They were in the room when I arrived, along with a bill of 103 bucks, despite my bringing my own. I had to awkwardly tell them I cancelled them a full week before. And for that matter, staff communication seemed terrible. I had to call 3 different times about these flowers and explain the whole ordeal 3 times before I got the issue resolved. That isn't fun on the day after my wedding. We stayed the day before Easter. The ambassador was a ghost town, so they had plenty of time to attempt to make the stay of two newlyweds special, but no attempt was made that I saw. We did get a 4 pack of Glacier chocolates. Bully. So overall, very mediocre. Good thing they didn't discount my room since I was getting married. They wouldn't be getting anniversary stays anyhow. Go somewhere else for a magical experience. You are not getting it here.

  Nice property with specious and cosy room. Love the comfort level too inside the hotel. The area it's located is basically a business sector with many offices near around. The hotel is about 15 min drive from the airport and has a fitness center, a restaurant inside it. They too have pickup and drop airport services in morning hour, if someone want to utilise.

  Definitely my favorite spot in Tulsa when need a room. Huge and luxurious rooms at a great price. I love the location. Easy to get in and out of downtown or around downtown. Chalkboard is always good with a great small bar. Some of the furniture in the room is showing wear and tear but a small thing

  This hotel is spot on. Beautiful, old building. Tastefully decorated. Hotel staff were friendly, not rushed and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
