  The service was horrible. The food was hardly tolerable. The "world famous Italian sausage" was terrible. And this location is not handicap accessible. If the staff was friendly enough to hold the door while you're struggling with a wheelchair, but that takes us back to the first point.

  Worst ever. Meatball for a child’s food was frozen in the center. When we told them about the meatball the chef threw it in the microwave instead of remaking it and didn’t apologize. Noodles tasted of freezer burn. Lasagna that we ordered was completely burnt. The only thing that was actually good were the salads and the drinks. We went in with higher expectations because of the family friendly atmosphere but the food was terrible. Never will I ever eat here again.

  Very good. Had ricotta berry pancakes. Berries were fresh. Service was great. Overall good experience.

  This was a huge disappointment. Saw this place on Diners, Drive-inns & Dives" and wanted to give it a try. Italian is one of my favorites and hearing that they made hand stuffed Italian sausage on site and Guy raving about the flavors it was a must visit. The place is quite run down and in need of general upkeep but the staff was welcoming. Came on a Sunday after church at 1pm to be told they only service breakfast on Sundays. Not a big issue but a little bit of a let down. After seated it took our waitress 10 minutes to get back to us as she was to busy chatting with the other servers sitting around a table as there were only a few other people eating. Ordered their "garbage breakfast" (basically their version of a potato casserole) with a side of the Italian sausage i was so looking forward to. After waiting 17 minutes to get our food the first thing I see is a large thick black hair in my food as soon as she puts the plate down. She seemed surprised when I stopped her and asked her to take it back, with only a pathetic "sorry." Waiting for it to be remade tried the sausage that was very bland and quite dry. 10 minutes later I final got my remade food with a resentful look from the waitress as it was dropped on the table. With a little bit of surprise after the experience so far it was actually quite tasty and full of flavor. If I was to rate them on just that item i would give them 3.5 stars for the food. I then had to ask anther waitress for the bill as our waitress was sitting down chatting again. We received no apology for the food issue or the poor service nor even a attempt to see if we had a good experience. Paid the bill and left. I would hope this isn't an experience anyone else would share but I doubt doubt I will ever venture back here again.
