::First time at Amanda's, a lot bigger and more seating than I thought, even has a basement event room and wine cellar. Brunch was nice, limited selection, wonderful service, good food, nice presentation... Need to return for dinner and get the real experience.

::Small, noisy but lovely. A continental menu. The normal prices are expensive, but if you can get there for their early bird, it's certainly worth the price ($19). You get three courses, and a bottle of wine is $25. The waitstaff is terrific. You'll find your drinking glasses filled without even asking. Try the key lime pie for dessert. It comes with berries and a dollop of real whipped cream. Yummy. Parking is a real problem, but they have a garage where you can get a ticket validated for discount parking.

::I love the new early dinner prie fixe for Spring! The updates to the menu are wonderful and the meal was one of the best we had in years. For the appetizers, the white bean soup of the day was lovely, flavorful and not too thick or thin. The other appetizer is a new prie fixe dish: mussels with match stick fries which were heavenly -- good sized fresh mussels in a delicious broth (wonderful to soak up with the bread rolls). For the main courses, the sea bass was excellent (fresh and slightly crispy) but the duck leg was simply amazing, perhaps the best I ever tried. Instead of trying to render the fat, the kitchen protected the duck meat so that it was fork tender and juicy (something i thought to be impossible). The rice sides and sauces for both were great (and very different from one another). For the desserts, I'm thrilled that they have gone back to the old recipes for the apple strudel and the key lime pie.

::Beautiful place to go for a brunch (we went to have brunch) or any occasion that is special for you. The place is gorgeous (including their crockery), the staff is friendly and accommodating, the bar is amazing, and the whole menu is very recommendable. Try croissant french toast (delicious!). Coffee is alright. Mocktails are good. A little pricy but a perfect place to celebrate something special. They have one of the best large areas to hold your baby shower, parties, and so on. Take your spouse, mother or a good friend for a treat and make them feel special.

::Amanda's restaurant is a quaint, modern rustic looking place. After you are seated you realize that you have entered a very classy place. The service was so good. Wait staff was very professional. Food was incredible. Drinks were incredible. We had pear margaritas. Delish!!!
