  We have an old piano that needed to be junked but we had an event going on and had no time to get a new piano. Amadeus came out to us fast and multiple times for the same job and was happy to help us out with our event! The piano played beautifully and the event went off without a hitch. Thank you!

  I can't say enough good things about Yury Fegyin and his assistants. The full story is too involved to write about in detail. But the short version is that I had arranged for a rental/tuning with Yury for a concert in which I was recently involved. 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery for the dress rehearsal, the person in charge of the venue informed me that the piano could not remain in place after the dress, despite written correspondence to the contrary. When I discussed the situation with Yury he simply said he'd do anything he could to make the concert happen. So with that, the piano was taken back to Stamford on a Friday. And the next day, Yury arrived with the instrument, set it up, tuned it beautifully in a very tight timeframe which enabled at least a few minutes of rehearsal with the piano right before the concert. I am forever indebted to Yury and his assistants for their professionalism AND kindness. The piano was wonderful, the tuning great. And I would encourage anyone who needs to rent a piano for a performance, classical or otherwise, to go straight to Amadeus Piano in Stamford. I have nothing but the highest praise for Yury and his business.

  Yuri restored my Grandmother’s 1907 Steinway grand piano. He took the whole keyboard to his studio, worked on it and brought it back to me—I hated it—the key action was too stiff. “Hang on—” said Yuri, “this is a process. I will fix the touch of the piano to what you want. Please tell me what you want.” I told him I had arthritis and I needed an easy key dip and an easy touch. Lightness in the keys.” He then took the whole keyboard back home and worked on it again. He did it. He brought the keyboard back for a 2nd time, and the touch was exactly what I wanted. Every time I sit at that keyboard, I am in love with it. He did a fantastic job. It was such an emotional process. I have played on that 1907 piano since I was 5. I was scared to death to have anyone touch it. He held my hand through the whole process—he figured out. He is a wonderful and creative technician.

  Fantasic music venue. Great bands, great people, best times,
