  Finally, a company that knows how to treat their customers! Alvarado Towing did a great job for us today! Their driver, Manuel R. was pleasant, professional and efficient. He arrived on time and a met all the challenges before him with a smile, even in the cold . The dispatcher/ owner quoted a fair price for the work and was pleasant to deal with. Unlike many towing companies in town who could careless about our needed service or fair pricing, Alvarado proved service matters!   Great customer service. Beto is a beast at loading those cars with passion and care for the customer. That team there has it all to meet the needs of anyone broke down or when our girls lock their keys inside the car, they get there fast and open it with no issues. Call them today!

  Called over the phone and I swear I was speaking to a robot, no customer service skills whatsoever. Emanuel next time I'd appreciate if you served the next person with more patience unlike you served me.
