  Cheap insurance yes, progressive is a very good company.. Customer Service with the insurance office itself, horrible! We had an accident, we did everything on our own since we never heard back from our 'agent" have left several messages for him, never once returned our call. Also asked for advice on legal terms, we were told it was not their problem! Very very disappointed.

  I recommend this place for your auto insurance, its the best place in the south side by far. I shopped about 5 places and liked this place the most. The guy knew what he was talking about, and I felt really comfortable.
