  I can’t put zero stars... anyway If you are looking for a new place to live do not come here!! I have been living in the complex for a couple of years and since April they changed to a new owner it is horrible to live here, bad experiences with the new managers, especially Carla she is very rude and when you make any damage report you have to go to the office because otherwise she just ignore the call report, I wish I had known about new owner, staff and about these changes before to leave here immediately. it is horrible to live with neighbors who smoke weed inside the apartments and the new managers do not tell them anything we miss the responsibility, kindness and experience of the previous managers Mariah and Sheila Almost forgot!! Laundry machines never works!! Enjoy another place!

  Moved here from Pasadena last August selected this complex since it was close to our business office. The new owners we have yet to meet but their new office staff is horrible. Office staff are rude and they do not care about their tenants. I’ve talked to a few of them a couple of times regarding different issues but Carla is the worst she has rolled her eyes and tried to talk down to me which is uncalled for. I ended up taking care of my own work order since they had no idea. Second week of April I went in did a paper work order with Carla and followed back up 2 weeks later since I didn’t hear from them and Carla couldn’t find it on paper and on their new computer system. She wanted to do a new work order which is going to take more time to wait for maintenance to come out. She didn’t even apologize and blamed everything on the system. No it wasn’t the new system it was human error! This is just one of the many things that I’ve talked to them about. On another note we are definitely happy to be moving out when our lease ends soon. We are moving down the street to Tuscan Villa Condos. **Future renters BEWARE no matter what this place seems to be on the tour or your first impression when coming in for a visit I’m giving you a heads up it is all fake. They do not care about their tenants! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I agree with the other reviews they need to work on their office staff instead of renovations.**

  I would’ve given ZERO stars but that is not an option. We lived here for a few and we definitely miss the old management team both Maria and Sheila. Company was recently sold in April and the new team has no hospitality and NO customer service. Trish, Carla & Carolyn are very rude and don’t care about their tenants. They keep talking about improvements on the apartments but all their doing is painting over the old and damaged buildings no full gutting and no full renovations to apartments. Covering up and painting over can only do so much. What the company and the owners really need to do is improve and renovate their management team!! We currently are looking for a new place and will be breaking our lease here. A few of our neighbors agree and are also planning on moving. Move on do not live here so much better places to live!!!

  I lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and kept to myself. The people this complex rents to are a strange lot. The maintenance employees are thrives, drunks and basic all around jerks. Management insisted on who I could and couldn't have for company in my apartment. They're nosey and just plain rude. Don't rent here if you can help it.
