  From the education to consultation, the quality of the customer service experience has impressed me the most. My dimensions are at the extremes of any bell curve making it extremely difficult to tailor anything bought "off the rack." Informed and intelligent, I told AL what I like and what I am looking for and after two visits, I have complete confidence in their advice - with multiple suits fit to prove it.

  KC was very helpful in helping me select a new tux for my wedding. The tux fits perfectly and I can't wait to get the suit I ordered as well. I will be coming back.

  Got a tuxedo for my sister's wedding (and anything else I can wear a tuxedo to) it fits beautifully. I was so happy with it and looked great at the wedding. I definitely would recommend for any guy looking for a custom suit without the massive cost of a bespoke suit.

  Came in for a custom shirt and was not disappointed. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease and in good hands. After a nice whisky I chose my color, went over some details on fabric, cuff styles, and more. Once everything was decided and I was measured, I stepped into this 3-D Body Scanner. It was a pretty quick and harmless experience though definitely a bit odd. Coming out on the other side of this process, the shirt fitting went great. Another whisky came and went, and I tried on my new dress shirt. That body scanner tech must work because the shirt fits me perfectly. One nitpick would be that the cuffs are a bit stiff. Other than that it was a seamless (get it?) experience.

  Best men's clothing shopping experience: Lynn and Meredith are both super friendly and helpful; the store is calm and aesthetically pleasing; and the process of getting fitted and choosing fabrics is very relaxed. So far I've bought a suit and shirt here and both have been excellent (in every way: experience, fit, and fabric). If something comes back and doesn't fit quite right, they're happy to have it altered for you. They have books upon books of fabrics to choose from, which they are happy to guide you through to find the perfect fabric for your garment. Getting custom clothing can obviously be a bit more expensive than buying something off the shelf, but it's money well spent because you have an excellent selection of high quality options in just your size. I will definitely keep going back to Alton Lane every time I need to purchase new dress clothes.
