  Seth has no interest in helping you at all, is like is being force to work there. If you plan to spend big money he will almost kiss your feet but anything below $1,000 he does not want to be bother he told me. I never going to to this place again while he is there I had several bad experiences with him, my cousin and friends said the same thing about him. I went all the way up state to the other alto music and they where much better help, with the 1 hour drive. They even told me that they get stories about Seth all the time.

  Liked the big selection, although costumer service needs an upgrade. But its definitely better then at the old location. I enjoy Ronny from the instrumental department

  Alto Music began many years ago as a family owned and operated business, beloved by the entire community. Eventually management duties passed from father to son, though it's commitment to putting the customer first, while providing excellent value and service never changed. Now under new ownership, business has expanded beyond what many could have expected, but the core value remains relevant. For me, it is people today such as Mike Wolf and Seth Berman who continue that essential tradition of doing business. I could not more enthusiastically recommend Alto Music as an honest source for your music purchase, even if it was my own company. Thank you.
