  While wearing a new pair of pants I had an unexpected issue with the seam. I called Alterations & Creations and the nicest lady answered the phone and said to come over, she could fix my pants while I wait. Just a few minutes later I walked in and she fixed my pants while I waited in the changing room! It saved me from a very embarrassing moment while working downtown! She could have charged anything but she was very reasonable, dare I say cheap! Best customer service experience!

  Great service and quality. I've had tailoring and dry cleaning performed here. Definitely coming back for my future clothing maintenance needs.

  Easy to find. Friendly cashier. Fast service. However, once the sermstress does what she thinks is satisfactory any questions or corrections see met with an argument. When I put my pants on in front of her showing her the new bunching around my butt, I was told that she didn't know what I ment (though she was standing there looking at it). The whole reason I came wss because I'm skinny and wanted the extra taken out of the butt area. After a 10 min argument about how something done with an iron is causing the pleting at my butt, I'm leaving with a suit I'll never wear.. good waste of time as money..

  I've only used them for laundry/dry cleaning, not alterations. They seem expensive ($6 for pants). I've been there about 5 times and never thought they seemed friendly. In fact, the opposite; like I'm a burden for bringing my clothing to them. The quality itself seems fine though - I've had better, I've had worse.
