  Well the weekly linin exchange service is fine. No complaints. There is , however a problem with the cust service aspect. We own a bar in Allied Gardens and we use they're deodorizers in our men's room urinals. Those products are mounted on the wall above each urinal and have decorative chrome plastic covers. Sometimes those covers over time are damaged or vandalized and need to be replaced. Every time I would request a replacement cover it would go ignored for many weeks UNTILL I would ultimately threaten to cancel the service and get someone new before they would finally replace them. It should never get to that point but twice in a row, it has. They really need to fix that part of the business and stop making paying customers endure mediocre service. M.
