  Just to be clear about this review this is store specific only to the Hulen store have heard good things about different Al’s formal wear. The only reason I’m giving even one star is 1) because that’s the lowest rating I can give and 2) because I eventually ended up with most of the tux that I ordered. First off I was told I would be able to pick up my tux 2 days before the event, when I called up there they said actually it was pushed back to Friday which was okay, but then when I went to go pick it up on Saturday the day of the event THEY DIDNT HAVE MY TUX IN YET. I arrived at the store around noon and I was told it would be another hour and that a manager was on the way with it (okay whatever I figured I’d just wait). Then I came in to try it on and I had ordered a black vest because the green colored bow tie and pocket square I ordered was not an exact match to my dates dress but it was close enough but a green vest would be too noticibly different. THEY GAVE ME A GREEN VEST and it didn’t even fit right. When I asked an employee there about it he said “yeah we had to change it” and said nothing else, yeah thanks for the short notice... and then I had also not even received a pocket square. This store needs new management and that’s saying a lot because I’m pretty easy going when stores mess up stuff I’ll usually let it go, but imagine if this had been some grooms tux for his wedding. To me paying $100+ for a tux I should not have this much trouble. Definitely do NOT recommend this specific Al’s Formal wear in Hulen.

  Dale and Tamara are the best. Got my Groomsmen and I taken care of in a kind professional manner. Highly recommend. Dale has 6 or 7 certificates showing he is a Tux Master. If you knock Dale or this Location....chances are it was your fault. Thanks!

  Horrible! I went to rent my son a tux for prom. I watched as 5 guys came and got 5 different prices for the same thing I ordered. The manager Dale Harper told me that the difference was that he would be delivering our tuxes to the school. I told him that we he to meet a minimum number for delivery, and he told me that the minimum was met and he WOULD be delivering. Now 3 days before prom, I find out he isn't because we didn't meet the minimum! He told me he's "sorry that I misunderstood."

  Needed a tux for 4th degree knights of Columbus went to al's off hulen dale took absolute care of me got me every thing I need man is a gem you need a tux for any occasion go to al's and ask for dale absolute professional knows his business
