  DO NOT GET BRACES HERE I am warning u they don't give u all the information upfront and then says that u are only on a two year plan.....who has ever heard of a two year plan for braces please let me know and then when u finally find another doctor to handle ur teeth come to find out they didn't give me right information it got to the point the front desk lady at the other doctor office has to called the them and get the right paperwork for me to move.....but then I got a call saying ohh we take off ur braces why all of a sudden it's been almost over a month it seems fishy.....but in the end they took off my braces but however the lady that cleans ur teeth does great work but I will never go back here it has to be the last dentist on earth for me to go back

  I had a appointment today 06/11/2021. My appointment had to be rescheduled by the office numerous times. I used to like coming here but lately it’s been disappointing. My appointment time was scheduled for 12 (noon), it’s now 12:45 and I’m still waiting. Last time, I waited longer than a hour to be seen. Longer waits are becoming the norm. Also, it was so hot in the office! It was hotter in the office than it was outside. We are in the middle of summer so this is ridiculous. Apparently, the air conditioning was not working. Get it together Alpine Dental Group!

  I wouldn’t tell a soul about this place. Today I had a appointment for a extraction @ noon. Doc didn’t show up until 1:50 only to numb my mouth and then tell me he can’t do the procedure and that I had to see a oral surgeon. Which I’m sure he already knew from looking in my mouth and having already told me that a prior visit but swore he could do it when he took my top two wisdom teeth out. What made me upset about the entire visit was that they didn’t wanna validate my 3.00 parking. This is why I don’t deal with black business. You would think that after the inconvenience of my entire visit, that would be the least they would do... But nope! It’s not about the money as I told the RUDE receptionist is the principal of the matter. after today’s visit my family will NOT be returning

  This place is TERRIBLE with the exception of THREE employees, Ingrid, Tay, and Rita! When i first went in for my consultation there was a female Orthodontist. I was rescheduled 3 times because she seemed to have issues last minute. When i went to get my braces put on there was not one doctor there. The assistant put my top brackets on and told me i would need to come back in 6 weeks to get the bottom on. That was my first time hearing that, but because there was no doctor present I couldnt cross reference. I found out Jan of 2017 that the female Dr would not be coming back, and Dr. Peters would be taking over. (It wasn’t a big deal because i hadn’t seen her since my consultation). Every time i went in i asked for the doctor he was never there. Always at the other office. I was being seen by the assistant. Ingrid was very nice and knew what she was doing, but i wanted the Dr to double check behind her to just make sure everything was on track. After 6 months of not seeing the Dr. I called the office to speak to him to voice my concerns, and how i was unhappy with how things were going. For TWO weeks I called both offices and left messages for him to call me. NOTHING! Finally one day i called, and they said he was with a patient, so i hopped in my car and drove to the office. When i finally met this man his attitude was that of a teenager! He stated he didn’t even know who i was. I informed him that in fact was part of the problem. I had been a patient of that office for almost a year and had NEVER laid eyes on this gentleman, and he didn’t know me from a can of paint! He told me his assistants are trained well enough to run his office while he’s not there. I said, but you are never here. Questions i had concerning my treatment were never answered because you are never here, and i called for two weeks straight, and no return call. He of course had no response for that aside from he has 2000 patients and is very busy! He’s very unprofessional, and his patients are not priority. In 16 months of treatment I only saw the doctor ONCE! I questioned why my appointments in the beginning were being canceled because the doctor was out, yet i went my entire treatment without seeing a doctor and of course no answer! Aside from the three employees I mentioned above this place is terrible! Ingrid works her behind off for a boss that slacks off and she catches a lot of heat for his absenteeism. Avoid this place at all cost!

  I am very pleased with Alpine Dental at this location. I didn't like going to Buckhead, so was glad when this office opened up.Several members of our family are patients here. I have braces so I am there quite a bit and its always a good experience. The staff is friendly, service is quick and even though its right in the heart of downtown, its fairly easy to get to. Parking is not too bad, worst part is getting around the homeless people that hang around the Underground area.
