  The place is nice and clean but the service is not what I expected. We took the time to make an appointment and the time was not respected, the stylist joked about having worked in Supercuts and ended up giving a worst service than Supercuts (if that is possible). I specifically asked just to give form and take the hair out of his eyes and he ended up justifying that he needed to cut really short to make a style better first and then it would grow the way we wanted! So sorry to the owners but Brickell is still lacking a good hair salon for kids because after I complained the manager dare to offer me 6 days to go back and fix it... I don´t think his hair will grow in six days!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our baby's first haircut experience at Alpha! She loved her time with Paris, the stylist. Khai, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful with all of our needs. The decor is amazing. We will definitely return for another fantastic hairstyle!

  I received lots of great feedback from parents in the area. Our last few haircuts have not gone well. I was hopeful. We didn't even get a haircut today. The staff was more concerned with my son's comfort level to come again. They encouraged us to stay so that he could become more comfortable and plan to return until he was ready.

  I love it! This kid's salon and spa is very unique and nothing like I've seen before. The design and atmosphere is very vibrant and welcoming... not only do the kid's love it, but the parents as well. I wish something like this was around when I was a kid... I would've been here every chance I got. But don't take my word for it, come see for yourself- you won't be disappointed!

  Alpha is nothing but amazing, every detail is with the Children in mind. Alpha is always super clean and the prices are completely reasonable. They are not just any ordinary children’s salon/spa they have the whole package, it is truly an amazing experience. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly and thoughtful. They accommodate everything to make there clients happy... both the little ones and there parents. I highly recommend Alpha the kids salon and spa.
