Wonderful pharmacy! Very caring pharmacist and staff, they actually CARE about their customers not like these chain pharmacies. Always friendly and willing to help, Minimal wait time if you are dropping and waiting for prescription but no wait if dropped ahead of time. Best pharmacy in D.C

Alpha Alpha Alpha Most Loving Pharmacy in town I receive the best service every visit I was with CVS pharmacy for a while but my doctor recommended Alpha to me about 1 year ago an I've been happy ever since all the staff are helping an professional. If your ever in area I would say stop in take a look around at all the over the counter items they have which there prices beat CVS, Rite Aid, an Wallgreens.

I wouldn't trust my prescriptions to anyone else! The people here couldn't be more, kind, caring and competent....and try finding that at a chain store!

I have been a customer of Alpha Peoples for several years. The service used to be wonderful. However, in the past three months, I have had to deal with at least five problems directly stemming from customer service. It seems that every time they have a good employee that is kind and helpful they are quickly replaced with someone who is rude, unhelpful, and hastily shoves you out the door. Specifically, there seems to be limited communication between whomever answers the phone and the pharmacist. In fact, when an employee does communicate with you, they are difficult and seem to barely know what they are doing. Also their delivery people are regularly incompetent. I wanted to support a neighborhood small business but I no longer can tolerate the poor customer service, in fact, I would rather go to a large chain than Alpha Drugs, it's been downhill for years and regardless of what they do for the greater community, I just can't tolerate them anymore! Put your money to better use and just to Grubbs down the block or ANYWHERE else!
