  Been training for many years in the martial arts. The instructors at Alpha Omega MMA - Team Believe are by far the best on Long Island. I'm a life long grappler and the BJJ and Judo here are second to none. Love the striking classes as well. It's as well rounded as it gets.

  My son has been training here for a year now & we absolutely loooooove it there! Its a super super friendly & family oriented staff & environment! I can't praise this place enough! We love it & very affordable!!!!
