  Being pet friendly was the ONLY good thing about this place. The atmosphere was extremely BORING and staff attitude was completely dry. I didn’t remember one smile, I felt like they hated their jobs at the front desk. The bartender was also boring and was staring into his phone most of the time. Everything you need is downstairs and you have to go get it. The staff will NOT bring anything upstairs including towels. I felt like I was in a upgraded Motel 6. I dressed for a swim only to find that it’s not a lap pool but a stand-in pool. The photos will fool you because they advertised well. The room wasn’t as cleaned as I would’ve imagined. The shower and the mirrors had water stains and my room was not as clean as I thought it would be at the least. Try the one downtown instead. This place was overwhelmingly BORING as if it was a nursing home.

  Absolute hidden treasure, awesome modern design, excellent location and price. Neat little amenities. Pet friendly!!

  Bathroom sliding door inside handle was missing. They came to check them replaced one with different screw hole spacing. Only one end of the handle was screwed in. Very awkward to open and close. The bar does not have any draft beer on tap. Neither some other beers and all hot refreshment listed in their menu. The security is kind of loud and rude knocking the next door to check if he is smoking I sit the room. Doesn’t feel like a very friendly and comfortable environment to stay.

  I love this hotel. It’s always my first choice of hotels to stay at. It’s modern, clean and staff is always friendly. My first experience with Aloft was in Buffalo, New York, I had such a good experience that I have only booked rooms with this hotel since. Always a pleasure. Highly recommend it to anyone.

  First time staying at this type hotel. Id say very modern. Room was nice I just didn't prefer how shower and toilet area were set up with just a sliding door. The staff was nice and friendly. Id give 5 stars BUT... the housekeeping ruin my morning there! Around 9am they were knocking on door (check out was at 12) and I told the lady. Then same lady came back knocking around 10am. She did not understand where I was telling her 1st time we were here till check out 12. Other than that part was a good place to stay.
