We rarely write reviews unless our experience is either exceptionally good or bad. In this case it was exceptionally bad. We are Titanium Elite members so we have stayed at plenty of Marriott hotels and this was one of the worst. We were given a room that already had someone in it. We literally walk in on them sleeping at 12am (as we had a flight cancellation) - imagine being that poor person! So we got another room and that room had a broken shower head and a blocked vanity sink. We had broken pieces on the bath and had the shower head hanging on hand rail so water went everywhere! By then we were too tired to changed rooms. To make the matter worse, the air-conditioning unit was SO loud that even with ear plugs on all night, we could not block out the noise. The problems continued the next morning. After coming back from breakfast, we couldn't activate the elevators with our room key card to get back to our room. Front desk told us they still had us checked into the first room ( and someone else had already checked out) and they had no idea how were were able to get into our second room. So what did that mean? Were we checked into two rooms and we paid for someone else's room?? It was a complete mess! We had to get ready to leave for the airport by then, so we just left it to front desk to sort out. A week later, our reservation was cancelled from our hotel history on our Marriott account so we have not been credited for our stay, yet we may have been charged twice for it. What a disaster and disappointing hotel experience. We will be lodging an official complaint with Marriott HQ.

Decent place. Something to be aware of tho. The rates look great compared to other hotels near by. That is until you learn that you have to pay 30.00 per day for parking. Once you add that 30.00 extra dollars per day, you could have stayed at a nicer hotel for pretty much the same price. And free parking.

Terrible place to stay!!! First off valet parking is extremely UNORGANIZED!!! Our driver hit a pole in our vehicle and continued to drag the pole under the car until we stopped him! We were required to get our own luggage cart which is fine however there are two in the entire hotel! The hotel bar never opened the entire time we were here, yet there is a chalkboard sign out in the lobby everyday as if it is!!! When asked why, we could get no reply. Room was very underwhelming to say the least! Bed had hair all under the blankets and sheets stains on the sheets. Phone in room did not work nor did the tv! Upon leaving the hotel there were again no luggage carts present when asked if some were available, was told go look around the parking garage I’m sure someone left one out there! Way to go customer service!!! The maids only clean every three days and lack of care here is impressive!

Upon leaving we noticed both mattresses had HUGE stains on them appearing to be blood. We were completely disgusted and concerned. No mattress protector to even protect us from the stain. I called the assistant general manager Danielle Taylor and she offered us a refund of $25 for valet for one night. I asked her if she would feel comfortable laying on a bed with huge stains apprearing to be blood and of course she didn’t answer! Who would. I never write reviews but I was completely and utterly disgusted that she refused to refund us for our 2 nights at least 1. I will be contacting the manager to when she gets back from vacation but I will never recommend it stay here again

Rooms were very nice and clean. They ran out of regular coffee, which made no sense. They don't offer breakfast, and the snacks they have are ridiculously expensive! The bar was nice and had good drinks. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, but very hard to find. Parking is $30 per day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Damien!
