  The hotel was very nicely located. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was cozy, the room clean. I could have done with more water flow in the shower since it just took me longer to rinse off any soap residue, though I understand why it's so low. The shuttle for Disneyland was one of the reasons I had chosen this particular hotel, as well as all the good reviews and pictures.

  We had a very comfortable stay at your hotel. The overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff was second to none. We will certainly book our stay with you the next time we're in town. The breakfast served was also great. We appreciated the variety of choices. I especially liked the fresh sandalwood scent in the lobby welcoming us every time we entered. Thank you!

  Excellent location for our Family Californian trip from the UK, very friendly staff, decent breakfast, room clean, comfortable bed, good size bathroom with clean towels provided on a daily basis if required. There is no safe within the room however, you can request the use of the reception safe free of charge. If I have one very minor gripe, it will be that if you are using a vehicle, you can't turn left when leaving the premises which makes it very awkward if you want to head towards the major freeways. Overall very good, we would definitely stay at the ALO Hotel again.

  The service and staff (Hi Cynthia!) was very helpful and even arranged for our rooms to be conjoined for our family trip. The location of the hotel was fantastic and convenient when traveling on the highway. Parking was free and secure. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet really helped us start the day off right and provided a great gathering spot. Mmmm bacon and pancakes... I was not familiar with the Ayers Hotel brand before this stay but I am now and I like it.

  Very good location. Convenient to several medical facilities, Outlet Mall, Disney, Honda Centre, Angel Stadium and John Wayne Airport. Shuttle to Disney operated every 45 minutes and was much more convenient than parking there. Hotel is modern and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and clean as a whistle. Hot buffet breakfast was basic but just fine. Overall value was excellent.
