    I had my first appointment yesterday. I went for a physical and a vaccine that I need it. First of all the Dwarf girl “the secretary” is a totally nasty person who has no manners and no patience. I passed her my phone so she can spoke to my insurance regarding the coverage of the vaccine which it does covers the vaccine by the medical benefit. That midget got irritated for no reason and went to the back to speak to the nurse practitioner and told her that I was there once again and didn’t want to leave.. so disrespectful saying that In front of a patient. They didn’t do me the favor to just order the vaccine which obviously the insurance is going to pay them is not like is going to be free, they just seem like they don’t care about the patient they just want money cause they do have the vaccine in their office and they charge $100. Very very bad experience. I wouldn’t even put 1 star..

    Good experiences - is very thorough with her tests and concerns, very well connected to other doctors and can get you in on referrals to see specialists quite quickly, even when they are "booked full." Very responsive to when I call in and have a need for prescriptions.

    Wow. Just wow. I don’t know why I didn’t check Yelp but for something as simple as vaccine I thought it would be no biggie. I called yesterday to make the appointment and told them what I’d need. No problem, the receptionist said. Then, I come today and am made to wait almost a full hour for what should have been an easy in and out thing. Fine. Fair enough, I wouldn’t want other patients to jump me in line so I waited. Then, I get in the room, wait a few more minutes (because what’s a few more at that point) only to have the receptionist come back in and say that she’s sorry but they actually don’t have the vaccine, but I could come back tomorrow. Um no. Thanks anyway, you suck.

    I booked the first appointment of the day (9 am) and when I arrived I was informed that the Dr was stuck in traffic and they would call me when she arrived. I went next door to Starbucks where I waited for 1 hr before I was called at 10 am. I immediately went back upstairs, but she was already in with a patient with a later appt time than mine. The Dr walked through the waiting room once during this time without acknowledgement that I was still waiting. I waited in the waiting room for 50 more minutes. When I asked a front desk staff person to check on timing she said she would but then did not, instead remained seated at the desk taking calls. When I finally informed a front desk staff person that I was leaving she said “I don’t know what to say.” Not even an apology. Took 2 hours of my day and I wasn’t even seen. Unprofessional all around.

    The review is based on the following. The receptionist was highly detached both before and after the appointment. I attempted to provide an update of my medical health including the the recent status of my blood work. I have several medical diagnosis including Diabetes and GERDS. She appeared to have her own agenda by immediately focusing on my weight. I attempted to address the efforts regarding my food plan. The key factor of my assessment includes the following in that she did not return any of my telephone calls regarding an error she made in the dosage of my medication which was sent to my local Pharmacist. If did not procure the assistance of another physician, I would have been forced to go to the ER to correct her error. I felt she devalued my knowledge of my medical issues and all efforts I made to address them. This was a horrific experience and I would never return on under any condition.
