  If any company should get a negative rating. This is it. You can read other negative reviews and make up your mind. Mr. Dan Tran is deceptive to the least, he has no clue what he is talking about. He emails in the middle of the night and then does not acknowledge anything. He is running a business which is completely unprofessional and has no idea of things. I submitted all my documents in a timely manner and he failed to file my taxes in a timely manner. He then blamed me for not providing him documents which I had proof. Then he admitted his mistake and then again delayed filing for taxes. It was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever received bar none.

  This CPA firm did book keeping and all CPA services for my businesses! His service was great in my personal opinion; until three years later, I found out that was not the case through a another tax professional. We have never complaint about fees nor ask him not to charge; but he did complaint about working for free on several occasion with smart remarks. He also not aware that we have another company and claimed that we withheld information. Shouldn't the balance sheet be balanced? Guess not that's why he doesn't know. Way to go sir!
