  This is my second car leased from sansone Toyota. I thought my first experience couldn't have been topped but sure enough thankfully it was. Desmond Gardner was my sales men and was so professional and a gentlemen in answering all of my questions and taking me on my test drives. He made the experience that we all usually dread very relaxing and easy. Charlie Czerniawski outdid himself again with my AMAZING deal!!! There were no hassles at all!! No going back and forth, just simple and done! I came in for an oil change on my Camry and came out with a Highlander in just a very short time. He was pleasant and very very accommodating!! And ladies I came alone so that's usually a women's no no lol but it was as I said before a very pleasant, amazing, experience!!! Thanks so much again to Charlie and Desmond!!!!

  After 10 years of claim free use we were dropped after one accident We always paid extra for accident protection - what a waste We were very disappointed with the way that we were treated Stay away from Allstate and this agency Loyalty means nothing to them
