  have been very satisfied with Frank's service and response to my requests. Often, his assistants are able to help but occasionally I will need to speak with Frank and he is very accessible, easy to communicate with and understanding of my inquiries. Having a teenage driver can be a challenge in itself, but Frank perfectly understands and has graciously worked with me through all the details needed to provide the best coverage possible. I'm very satisfied with Allstate's provisions and the service and customer care provided by Frank Sargent.

  Absolutely the most amazing insurance office I have done business with. If you are considering Allstate as your insurance provider (which I think everyone should!) then Frank Sargent and Scott Smith are who you want to see. They by far surpass the level of customer service I feel a company needs to provide (and that's saying a lot as I always expect the best). They will and have no doubt gone to the ends of the earth for their customers. No matter what issues you might have, they always go above and beyond what's necessary to fix/solve them as fast and painless as humanly possible. Seriously, go see them.
