  When it comes to quality and customer service, there's plenty of room for improvement... I get a pixelated and poorly cut image on my sweater. You never know what you're gonna get online because the stock image of the product always has the decal just slapped on top of it, even on top of hoodie strings! They sent a card along with the product (image attached) but no contact information is included, making returns difficult.

  Love my Hogwarts sweatshirt!!! It's well made and adorable!!!
