  The best gluten and dairy free goodies I’ve ever had- you know it’s good when you can’t tell the difference... and I don’t have any allergy to either !!

  Products are so fresh and delicious! As someone with Celiac, a dairy and peanut allergy this place is perfect! The cookies are so moist and have a great flavor (especially the chocolate chip) and I almost cried when I saw they had pumpernickel bread! The staff is so friendly, and the prices were fair. I also tried a Blondie that was very very good. Sadly they were out of cheesecake brownies but I hope to try one next time :-)

  I brought my mom here whom is allergic to gluten. They have dairy free and vegan desserts as well. I bought about $50 worth of treats and everything I tasted was delicious. Mom is always trying to get me to taste her GF foods and it is sometimes cumbersome but this time it was a real treat. The desserts at allies taste as good, if not better, than regular bakeries.

  This is a dream come true for my 10 year old son. He is gluten intolerant and was missing black and white cookies of all things. My daughter and I stopped in and not only were we impressed by the selection we were impressed by the prices as well. They have such an array of different items for everyone on your allergy list. I believe there are nut free as well and can make things dairy free. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe the owner is gluten intolerant as well. A place I will DEFINITELY visit again and frequently.
