  I really like this place, and I have recommended families to come in as well, so far one mom has join n can't wait to start her words staff are awesome

  Great place and very friendly and helpful staff. Been coming here for 2 1/2 years. Can’t imagine my son going anywhere else.

  this place is horrible! I was referred here so my son can have speech and other therapies, this place is not equipped to treat children first off, adults maybe but not children as they claim, the Physical Therapy area consisted of mats and a plastic yard pen they use for dogs and a tunnel to crawl through, also a treadmill and exercise bikes, Ect not what i had in mind for my 4 year old son, the staff is unprofessional in appearance and just overall respect for your time, I had asked if they had an earlier spot for my sons evaluation for physical therapy they said sure how is 2:30 i said that's better then 3:30, for a 4pm appointment ,they scheduled my pick up with the car service for 2:00pm it is about a 15 minute drive and we arrive and we are waiting 2:30 comes they don't call him, Ok i waited 10 minutes just to give some time maybe they are running late so i go to the counter and they said oh no he will be seen at 4 that was the scheduled appointment, i said to her we had a whole conversation yesterday about this you told me he would be seen at 2:30? says she apologizes for the miss understanding. Ok so we go into the back for the evaluation now i am not going to say the man wouldn't have did a good job, but he looked like he was fresh out of college or even high school and was not very friendly, and i believe he had no idea how to interact with a child at all. Now let's get to where we leave now it is about 4:30pm almost 5pm and they know i am leaving they are supposed to call the car ahead of time so they can be outside when your ready to leave and mind you it was freezing outside! we waited inside i went out to check to see if what ever cab of the company they use was ours, none of them were hours now my son is getting upset he is tired and hungry and just had it with the day, i also had it with the day and wanted to get him home to be warm and fed and let him relax. i went back in and asked them is the car coming, they said yeah 10 minutes they are in traffic ok i could understand traffic and gave it ten minutes, no car... i see one pull up and drop someone off and he tells me his shift is over he is off duty! ok! i go back and say where is the car oh ten more minutes and this point i had it, i walked to the train station which had a line of cabs and got my own and got him home

  This is the worst clinic I have ever visited!!! The doctor is so disrespectful and rude. It is very unprofessional... The staff is wonderful but the psychologist is a very bad person and likes to ruin peoples self esteem. He is disrespectful even in front of young kids.I don't recommend this clinic to anyone...
