  This is my favorite store. There clothes are good quality and there the newest trends but 1/4 the price! I Totaly could call this my favorite store.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Clearly money hungry purchased clothing and the zipper broke they wouldn't let me exchange anything. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

  I bought a black dress from here, very generic, pretty cute for an interview but I decided to take it back the next day because it felt more like a party dress when I looked at it again. The man at the counter said nothing about no returns without a tag(I had both recites and tags on dress still) and heard something about exchanges but he didn't circle anything about the returns on my recite. Went back the next day and I was polite about wanting to return it or exchange it and got a bad attitude from the blonde Asian girl at the counter about both those policies, then when I showed her the recite she marked the lines where it said no exchanges or returns in a list of items which happened to be every item in the store. The first line at the bottem of the recite says, " no exchanges after 30 days" why indicate I can return items when at the bottom of the last paragraph it contradicts the policies by making it every item in the store??? Super generic store, clothes all look like you could find them at forever21 for cheaper, aaand the store has been empty both days I went in there. Family run probably, and they should hire better staff so at least they aren't being rude to customers. Rant over.
