::I received truly outstanding service from the store manager, Tanya. There were some complications with my exchanging a pair of shoes that I had ordered online, through Allen Edmonds' international delivery service. Tanya went above and beyond to get it sorted out, spending a couple of hours on the phone and having a different sized pair overnighted from out of state so that I could take them with me when I left town the next day. Thanks again, Tanya!

::The service at this store is exemplary - Jamar offered excellent service in-store at the time of purchase. Beyond that, when FedEx delivered a portion of my purchase to the wrong address Raquel coordinated a redelivery with astonishing speed and even called me 20 minutes afterwards to confirm I'd picked it up. Kudos to the staff here.
